1. Protein

2. Alcohol

Alcohol dries out your mouth. There is a necessity of saliva containing oxygen to prevent bacteria which Alcohol doesn’t allow.

3. Food with acidic properties

Foods like coffee, citrus juices, etc. can give you a lot of bad breath. Don’t stop, just limit it!

4. Sweet Tooth

Sweet items can cause bad breath. Chocolates or similar products can participate in giving you a fresh lot of bad breath.

5. Oral care gums

Gums which are available to stop the bad breath can give it back to you! As soon as you’re done chewing, the breath becomes more severe and you have to chew one more!
