1. Water, Water and Water!!

Shower twice a day and drink lots of water. This will help prevent the growth of bacteria causing bad smell.

2. Wear Fresh Clothes.

It is essential that you wear fresh clothes and those preferably made up from natural fibers like cotton and silk in summers since these fabrics allow air flow on skin surface thereby keeping it dry.

 

3. Deodorants and Antiperspirants.

Though deodorants and antiperspirants help prevent sweat and bad odor, but their effect lingers for only a few hours. Sometimes their excessive use also causes burns and rashes. Natural, organic and aluminium free deodorants and antiperspirants are recommended.

4. Vinegar and citric acid: source to all natural remedies.

Apply apple cider vinegar on parts where you sweat a lot. Let it dry naturally overnight. Also lemon juice and orange peel containing citric acid work as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Lemon juice mixed with equal amounts of baking soda or corn starch to form a paste can be applied on body before taking bath and then washed off. Watch out, if your skin is sensitive and suffering from rashes, avoid lemon juice.

5. Activated Charcoal.

You can either take activated charcoal in form of capsules internally or rub it externally on your body. Capsule should be taken once in a day for 3 to 6 months to obtain desired results.

6. Change your diet, high time!!

Avoid oily, spicy and food rich in vitamin B complex. Eat food rich in vitamin C which controls growth of bacteria. Also obese people must try to shed off some weight which reduces sweat.
